Voting Question: Transfering from Online college to State Campus College?

I am taking classes from AMU a regional and national accredited college and want to transfer to CA State Fullerton. I only have about 30 Sem. Credits done but will have about 45 done by the time I would transfer. What should I do? Should I finish my AA in Gen. Ed at AMU then transfer or just transfer with as many credits as possible? One thing to note is that fullerton says it will only accept a max of 12 credits for military experience and AMU is granting me 15. Will an AA from AMU still transfer all credits.
